The charge you see on your card is a temporary hold known as a pre-authorization charge. This is used by many companies to help mitigate fraud and keep customers safe. This is merely a hold on funds to verify your payment method and will be reversed after a few days (up to 5 days).
Since you attempted to sign up on 2 Feb 2020, the charge may have another day to fall off. If you see it after the 5 days are up, please give me an update here or reply to my email, and I will escalate the problem.
